The string is not in the attached PO file. But the newest version of
APT in unstable still has that string:

   {acli@tea:Test}$ LANG=zh_TW.Big5 sudo apt-get install file-roller
   讀取套件清單中... 完成
   [stuff deleted]
   選中了曾被取消選擇的套件 file-roller。
   ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
   (Lit. "Selected package file-roller, which had previously has its selection cancelled")

Perhaps the string is in a library or somewhere else.
