Bug#342565: apt: spurious unmet dependencies for scim-m17n

If I try to re-install scim-m17n (deleted by apt to fix other scim problems), apt complains that it has unmet dependencies, but the list of dependencies does not make any sense:
It claims that scim >= 1.0.1 is not going to be installed, but scim 1.4.1 (obviously > 1.0.1) is already installed.
