Hi, just a quick update on this bug. Robert and I converted the code to use a internal rred method now [1]. No need to call a external ed anymore. The code is also cleaned up and update to apt--main--0, but the fetcher output is still a bit strange. Testing/feedback is welcome, it works here against abas test-server.
