Bug#294075: debconf PO translations for the package apt are outdated

The following translations are outdated in the main branch (sarge
translations are OK):
  bs.po zh_CN.po nl.po ro.po tl.po pt.po nn.po ru.po da.po fi.po ko.po ja.p=
o pt_BR.po sv.po hu.po de.po pl.po es.po en_GB.po sk.po it.po nb.po ca.po e=
u.po el.po cs.po he.po sl.po zh_TW.po

After this bug report has been opened, translators will be requested to send
all their updates to it so that translations have no chance to be lost.

This is my first use of this new feature of podebconf-report-po. I hope it
will work as expected..:-))
