Bug#293897: "kB" should be "Kb"

Quoting martin f krafft (madduck@debian.org):

If doing so, please please please ping me so that I unfuzzy
translations first, otherwise we're running in a bug mess.

Anyway, capitalisation seems quite messy all along APT English
strings. This gives the feeling that a biit too much German people
were involved in its development (just "grep 'Sources List' in the
sources....).

Here also, a big work on English strings is probably needed, but
intelligent handling of translation is also needed. I suggest to
differ this to post-sarge...and even not commit changes in the -main
branch until we know whether 0.6 is used in sarge or not.
