Package: apt
Version: 0.5.27
Severity: critical
Justification: Fails to build from source

Hello,

On a computer where the Build-Depends are available,
I get:

I think apt depends on old sgml tools.

That solved the "FTBFS", closing this bugreport that I opened.

With some luck is my "noise", usefull for others.
