This file is not a valid PO file. Please always test your files before
submitting them:
$ msgfmt -v -c -o /dev/null apt.zh_CN.po
apt.zh_CN.po:20:9: invalid multibyte sequence

I'm afraid this time I'm not able to fix it myself, so please correct
the errors and resubmit.
