Bug#259540: configure-index.gz doesn't show all default values

Hello Matt,

> If you could update it and send your changes (either as a diff or the
> complete file), that would be great.

I now checked also apt-cache(8) and apt-cdrom(8) for missing
configuration items.

The items I added are:
- quiet
- APT::Get::Show-Versions
- APT::Get::Only-Source
- APT::Get::Diff-Only
- APT::Get::Tar-Only
- APT::Cache::ShowFull
- APT::Cache::Generate
- APT::Cache::NamesOnly
- APT::Cache::AllNames
- APT::Cache::Installed
- Dir::Etc::Parts
- Debug::IdentCdrom

I attached a diff, containing the changes. For some variables I also
changed case to match the man page.

Additionally I fixed the comment at the start of the file, this
correction should be obvious.

Changing the file, I noticed that not all values are default values i.e.
DPkg::Pre-Invoke.
Maybe you wish to change "the default values" in the EXAMPLES section of
apt.conf(5) to "example".

Regards
Uwe
