Bug#245923: Man page of apt references bug(1), should be reportbug(1)

Package: apt
Version: 0.5.24
Severity: wishlist

The manual of apt (well, what's written so far) suggests using bug(1)
to report bugs; I would recommend suggesting reportbug(1) instead.
