Unable to run apt over ssh to access http repository.

Hello,

I am trying to run apt on a remote machine using remote execution over
ssh. Apt fails to access HTTP repository when apt started over remote ssh
connection, but works without any problem when I login to a remote machine
first and than run apt. See details below.

DOES NOT WORK.

ivan@cobalt:$ ssh -l root eos26 "apt-get update"
