For some variables I also changed case to match the man page. Additionally I fixed the comment at the start of the file, this correction should be obvious. Changing the file, I noticed that not all values are default values i.e. DPkg::Pre-Invoke. Maybe you wish to change "the default values" in the EXAMPLES section of apt.conf(5) to "example".
