I wouldn't know what this file should do on svn.debian.org, but I might
just put it on cvs.debian.org.

However, I'd like to ask you to correct the header information in the
file. There's a left-over ",fuzzy", it says "English translation" and
"Language-Team: English", and the Project-Id-Version is wrong.
