I'm reassigning your bug to libqt3c102-mt because this is not apt's bug, and
that is the only other package that you mentioned.  It seems more likely
that there is a problem with one of its dependencies, though, and it will
need to be reassigned again.

In the future, it is important to provide precise information, such as
including verbatim output from the failing program, rather than merely
describing what it did.
