Correct, they do not contain any more information.  The only feature that
would be lost is the ability to set different parameters (codename,
notautomatic, etc.) for the various sections of an archive.  I don't think
that anyone is doing this, and it doesn't seem worth the extra complexity.

One other small difference is that the main Release file uses "Suite" rather
than "Archive".  I'm inclined to just change the code to look for Suite,
since it seems to match other terminology better.
