Damn it, I have worked on these machines since, and neither the
current config not the one I sent in this report can trigger the
problem again :(

I must have lost the exact config that triggered the bug.
I'll get back to 10M just in case...

Currently, the binary cache is less than 4M, which is quite far from
the 10M limit.  I tried (on sid) to adjust the limit but it did not
give any useful result.

I'll keep you informed...
