- it does not work any better when the APT::Default-release param is
migrated to a preferences entry.

- it does not work any better either when giving a -1 priority, that
should make sure the package never gets installed.

My current preferences file now starts with:

| Pin: version 1.9.11-15
| Pin-Priority: -1
| 
| Package: *
| Pin: release v=3.0*
| Pin-Priority: 990

And:
