Bug#208386: error installing

Version: 0.5.4_sparc

Hi, maybe my sun is defect, but i dont think so:
when installing debian woody 3.0r1 sparc edition, 
using the nonus or the "normal" first installation cds, 
OR the network (http://http.us.debian.org ...)

I am unable to finish the install. CD's install tells me:
"Package apt_0.5.4_sparc.deb is corrupt"
Network install tells 3 times :
"retrying failed download of %url%/apt_0.5.4_sparc.deb"
then:
" %url%/apt_0.5.4_sparc.deb was corrupt"
and finally
"couldnt download apt"

I am unable to install debian on my Sparcstation 
Voyager because of the package  *sniff*

please help
