Bug#183332: small correction

I had this problem, and this fixed it for me also.
EXCEPT, there's a small error in the fix shown.
It should read something like this:

APT
{
  Cache-Limit  104857600;
  Default-Release "stable";
};

i.e., no "=" after Cache-Limit.  I don't know whether
the "=" is supposed to be legal, or not, but it didn't
work when I tried it.
