Bug#192409: apt: segfault on blank line in /etc/apt/preferences

The following /etc/apt/preferences causes a segfault in 0.5.5; it did
not segfault in previous releases:

Package: *
Pin: origin www.phy.olemiss.edu
Pin-Priority: 499

Package: *
Pin: release a=experimental
Pin-Priority: 101

Removing the blank line between the two Package stanzas solved the
segfault.
