Bug#181040: acknowledged by developer (Re: Bug#181040: apt: prefer large .debs from cdrom, small .debs from internet)

for a very small package, I have to find the CD, walk over to the CD
machine, hope it is warmed up, do insmod, walk back to the computer,
do the package installation, then remember to remove the CD. Instead,
I wish to just wait till the next time I connect my modem.

Perhaps the borderline is 1Mb. Above this I'd still rather use the
CD. Ok, I suppose I must change the order each time. [BTW, mere
changing the order does not register results, as I pointed out in
another bug. One must add or remove sources to get the changes
registered.]
