problems compiling apt because of missing libraries because of sgml ettc
I get a list of errors becaus it cant't find files even tho I have all the
dependancies covered. How do I create these missing files so I can use the
newer version of apt. Here is the last screen from the compilation. pine
may reformat it but you should be able to figure out what is or isn't
happening.
