"Very difficult"? It's easy enough to edit the debootstrap scripts and remove
aptitude and libsig-whatever from them.
Sure, it's a PITA that it has to be done at all (debootstrap should probably
have a "chroot" and "normal" mode, with the "chroot" not including boot
managers, package managers more than just dpkg and apt, etc) but it's not
hard to do and it has to be done only once - unless you remove and reinstall
debootstrap each time.

It makes *unstable* uninstallable. Which doesn't really have it's own install
method anyway. (usually one goes through stable or with alpha installer
floppies through testing instead)
