Bug#173192: marked as done (apt downloads two times the same package)

I.e. it downloads two times the same package, once from testing and once

This means it had some problems downloading the package in the first
place, a timeout or something. It tries again from an alterative location,
but in some cases it doesn't bother to print out a message.
