Bug#175274: apt_preferences manpage mentions nonexistent apt-get option --target-dist.

The man page apt_preferences(5) mentions, in the 'INTERESTING EFFECTS' section,
an option '--target-dist' for apt-get(8). This option does not appear anywhere
in that man page or apt-get's help display.
