The project is oriented to support officers of workforce development centres, specifically for those activities where the officer is required to establish and maintain relationships with a number of

The project aims to explore computer supported collaboration frameworks and integrate groupware tools and out-of-the-shelf software/hardware components into an environment that
enhances the free-flowing collaborative activity characteristics of traditional work settings as well as the availability for computer unskilled clerks. The objective of the research will focus on
promoting mutual awareness among participants in the relationship, like that shared by persons engaging in a conversation in the same physical space.
