If request "apt-get install cpp", it completes, but then when I re-run
above command, I then get:
E: Internal Error, Could not perform immediate configuration (2) on perl
and then gcc-2.95.
Changing the value for APT:Immediate-Configure does not seem to help.
I could complete installation with a "for i in $(cut-n-paste); do
apt-get -y install $i; done", but that's a Bad Thing(tm).
I'll have other machines to install in the same way, please tell me if
you need me to gather more information.
