Bug#127360: apt: no means to specify which source version we're talking about

This problem report is really close to a question I was asked
recently: when a source package is available through several deb-src
sources, which one is considered by "apt-get build-dep" ?
As the available source-selection mechanisms are already used to find
the apt source to download the debs to install, it looks like we also
need a command-line option to specify which version of a source
package we refer to.
It does not have to be as sophisticated as the pinning mechanism,
obviously, so I guess it would be sufficient to be able to specify
either a package version, or an apt repository using informations from
the Release file.
