(I say that it is a security bug because it may allow someone
to install insecure/buggy packages from sid, when they don't
want to.)

When running "apt-get -u -t testing upgrade", it prompts me
"Do you want to continue? [Y/n]".  If I respond "n" (without the
double-quotes, of course), it begins the install:
