Oops, sorry for not seeing that.  The name isn't very obvious, but I
can't think of much better (--force-source ?).  Can I suggest the
following clarification for the source command?

    source causes apt-get to fetch source packages. By default, APT
    will first look for a binary package of the given name and
    download its source package; then (if that fails) look for a
    source package of the given name.  To skip the binary package
    lookup, use the --only-source option.

    APT will then find and download ...

Also, s/compile options/compile option/
