Bug#173192: apt downloads two times the same package

Package: apt
Version: 0.5.4
Severity: normal

In a apt-get -d dist-upgrade I got the following:

Calculating Upgrade... Done
The following packages will be upgraded
  base-files doc-base doc-linux-text gsfonts liblogfile-rotate-perl
5 packages upgraded, 0 newly installed, 2 to remove and 10 not
Need to get 10.4MB of archives. After unpacking 6789kB will be freed.
Get:2 http://http.us.debian.org testing/main doc-linux-text 2002.11-1
Get:5 http://http.us.debian.org unstable/main doc-linux-text 2002.11-1
Fetched 3154kB in 2h30m40s (349B/s)
Download complete and in download only mode

I.e. it downloads two times the same package, once from testing and once
from unstable.
