It was a while since I had the problem so I dont have the error messages
logged. Altho, a quick search on lists.debian.org showed me that you are
probably right. Since it happens when using apt, I filed the bugreport on
apt, but you might want to move it over to the libc guys if it should be
there then. :-)

I dont remember what packages I got the error with, but I'm sure it was
very early in the processing of packets when I did a upgrade. A new
version of apt was installed and then it started failing or something like
that..
