Re: Bug#114240: apt: --target-release does not work with "upgrade" and "dist-upgrade"

I have no preferences file:

In the very end of this email I'm attaching the output of apt-cache
policy (I don't fully understand it, so please forgive me if the
answer is evident there). I'm also attaching my sources.list, and,
right here, the output of "apt-get -t testing upgrade -s". Note, in
particular, pacman that is said to be correctly upgraded to testing,
as opposed to pretty much everything else, which is said to be
upgraded to unstable (with the exception of perl -- I guess testing's
perl is the lastest, but that is just a guess).
Please let me know if you need anything else.
