Bug#57869: apt-get source does not handle mutiple package sources

Package: apt
Version: 0.3.17
Severity: normal

I have two mirrors set up in /etc/apt/sources.list, because the nearest one
(the first mirror in the list) keeps going down.

apt-get install will correctly try to fetch the files from the next mirror
in sources. apt-get update also deals quite well with this.

However, apt-get source only uses the first mirror, and if said mirror is
down, it refuses to download the packages.
