This is a problem with FreeBSD. Please see

And notice that the SuS does not require types.h to include mman.h. 
Please bug them to be conforming.

I'm not super sure this is kosher either.. I don't have a posix spec here
though.. It does matter sadly because if the spec says thas
_POSIX_THREADS=0 is valid.. Hrm
