Bug#78493: apt-get source doesn't resume after it's finished

Try this:
apt-get -d source xserver-xfree86
apt-get source xserver-xfree86

Expected result:
- The second apt-get should "resume" the download and simply extrace the
  already downloaded source

Actual result:
- If it has already finished downloading, it'll try to get everything again.
