Bug#78353: apt-get suggestion

Package: apt
Version: 0.3.19

Just a "feature", not a "bug":

When encountering a package that is missing on a server,
apt-get says something like:
E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe try --fix-missing?

I'd suggest mentioning the probability of a required update, too, e.g.:
E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe try apt-get update or --fix-missing?

as it's often the case (especially with the unstable release, "bloody")
that packages already changed on the package server since the last time the
user did an apt-get update.

Or maybe you just assumed that the user knows that he has to run update
in order to stay current...
But on the other hand some people really don't know what they are doing :)
(I just had someone mess with apt-get in a wrong way on the Wine newsgroup)

Greetings,

Andreas Mohr
