Bug#75561: "Packages" is obsolete in output string, use "Packages.gz"

Package: apt
Version: 0.3.19

When I invoke `apt-get update' from a root shell prompt
it prints `Packages', rather than the expected `Packages.gz'.
Here is a transcript:

fw2:/etc/apt# apt-get update
Err http://mordred.logatique.fr potato/heimdall Packages
  404 Not Found
Ign http://mordred.logatique.fr potato/heimdall Release
Failed to fetch
http://mordred.logatique.fr/debian/dists/potato/heimdall/binary-i386/Packages
  404 Not Found

E: Some index files failed to download, they have been ignored, or old ones
used instead.
fw2:/etc/apt# man apt

I suggest that the output string, in hello.c, be corrected.

I am using Debian GNU/Linux 2.2, kernel 2.2.17
and libc6 2.1.3-10.
