Version: 0.3.14
Severity: normal

Hello!

in `man apt.conf` I see:

ftp FTP URis; ftp::Proxy is the default proxy server to use. It is
in the standard form of http://[[user][:pass]@]host[:port]/
					^^^^
and is overriden by the ftp_proxy environment variable.

It seems to me that [[user][:pass]@]host applicable to ftp, not http.
