Bug#42780: apt: apt-get has problems with file:/ types

When doing an apt-get update, I get the following errors on all file types:

Invalid URI, local URIS must not start with //

my sources.list:

The file: types are there to allow access to both mounted slink cd's. The CD's
are those of Heiko Schlittermann.
