Bug#36838: Reference to nonexistent apt(8) man page
Package: apt
Version: 0.1.9
apt-get and apt-cache man pages refer to an apt(8)
man page which does not exist.
$ man apt-get #(manually edited by me)
[...]
DESCRIPTION
apt-get is the command-line tool for handling packages,
and may be considered the user's "back-end" to apt(8).
Use apt(8) if the usage of apt-get does not seem intu-
itive.

[...]
$ man apt-cache #(manually edited by me)
[...]
DESCRIPTION
apt-cache performs a variety of operations on APT's pack-
age cache. apt-cache is seldom called directly; instead
it is usually invoked internally by apt-get(8) or apt(8).
