Yes, a bit wasn't cleared so remove is sticky in .3.14 - however that is
such a minor insignificant flaw.

Really? Actually it doesn't prompt when you use the correctly spelled
version of the above - in fact it never, ever prompts when you use -s!

CVS apt has a --reinstall feature
