Perl problem
Hi there,
Right now I cannot use apt-get. I had some problem, did several thins
and ended up with this situation: When I wan to do
dpkg --purge lg-issue17
I get:
(Reading database ... 68413 files and directories currently
installed.)
Removing lg-issue17 ...
Can't locate HTML/Parser.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
/usr/lib/perl5/i386-linux/5.004 /usr/lib/perl5
/usr/local/lib/site_perl/i386-linux /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at
/usr/lib/lg/fixlinks line 25.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/lib/lg/fixlinks line 25.
dpkg: error processing lg-issue17 (--purge):
subprocess post-removal script returned error exit status 2
Errors were encountered while processing:
lg-issue17
Somewhere I read that I should install perl by hand using dpkg. So I
did:
dpkg --install perl-base_5.004.04-7.deb
Which worked fine. But
dpkg --purge lg-issue17
still gives me the same error.
Can you help me?
