installation with apt-get

Hi,

I'm a Linux administrator at the UFPR-Universidade Federal do Parana -
Brazil and I'm developing some shell scripts to automate the Linux 
installation process in all department's machines but a "problem" in 
apt-get has  interrupted it.  
I'd like to know if has some way to pass parameters in apt-get command
line. For example: 

$ apt-get install lynx www.debian.org

and this site will be the default page when a user execute lynx.
Today the apt-get asks for an address to complete the installation.
