Bug#39673: apt: apt-get manpage: highlighting error and misspellings

Whose idea was it to do this \fB \fP stuff?

It's a lot better to just use the "an" macros documented in man(7). This
provides a simpler language for manpages that is more easily parseable by
tools that provide manpage viewers.

Demanding a *roff interpreter for every such tool is really not nice.

99% of manpages can be written using the macros documented in man(7)
without having to resort to native *roff language.

When I wrote the early versions of the apt-get, apt-cache, and sources.list
manpages, I used "an" macros exclusively. It's a shame somebody got rid of
that.
