It's composing the wrong url because the site has an incorrectly formed
non-us tree with an invalid package file. The site needs to have
non-us/dists/unstable/non-US/binary-i386 symlinked to
non-us/slink-binaryi386
APT cannot compensate for incorrect Package files on the remote site.
