The /usr/lib/apt/methods/ftp file in apt_0.0.15-0.1bo_i386.deb requires
perl 5.004 (it also includes File/stat.pm that is not in previous perl
versions). The last perl version in bo was perl_5.003.07-10.deb.
Thus, the ftp method is unusable in bo.
