Bug#24635: apt manpages are corrupt (have ^m's)

Can you download the source and confirm this? Perhaps your mirror
is somehow corrupt?

I can absolutely guarantee that there are no ^Ms in the man pages
in the apt_0.1.1.tar.gz on every Debian mirror I can find, and
nothing in the postinst is putting them there. Also, nothing is
required to make man pages visible to man.
