Bug#47498: apt-get: report space needed if not enough available

This may well have been implemented in a later version, but I'm
upgrading to potato and can't test yet ;-)

It would be useful if instead of just reporting that there isn't
enough space and bailing out during an install/[dist-]upgrade, apt-get
would also say how much (extra) is required to function.
