Hi,
Installing these two packages (libc6-dbg and dbuild) using
multi-cd works ok, even though they are on different CDs.
However, apt get mighty confused.
Here is a transcript using apt method inside dselect,

This version of APT does not have entirely working CDROM support, use .13
