Bug#1124649: xfce4: Remove Recommends: xorg

For Debian 13, all desktops had a dependency on the xorg metapackage.
I think that metapackage pulls in too many things that aren't needed.
Now in Debian Unstable, nothing has Depends: xorg and there are only 3
packages left that have Recommends: xorg

$ reverse-depends -r sid xorg
Reverse-Recommends
==================
* task-xfce-desktop
* xfce4
* xorgxrdp

I recommend that xfce4 and task-xfce-desktop remove that Recommends.

Actually, xfce4's X session (which is still the default) should have
Depends: xorg-xserver, to make it more obvious that it requires the
Xorg server. See https://bugs.debian.org/1124647 for that specific
change request.
